WSVMA DVM: Masterclass Webinar – Slow Down to Speed Up: How to Create Practice Efficiency with Dr. Wendy Hauser

June 3, 2022

Join us Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 12pm for our webinar – Slow Down to Speed Up: How to Create Practice Efficiency with Dr. Wendy Hauser and sponsored by ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. The pressures of the COVID pandemic influenced and changed how veterinary hospitals conducted business. In veterinary hospitals, the pandemic unmasked operational inefficiencies. What had been inconvenient before became painful and unpleasant during the pandemic. In this webinar, we will explore factors that drive hospital inefficiency and introduce solutions to help create effective hospital processes.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will examine how hospital reactions to the acute phase of Covid-19 impacted veterinary teams, clients, and pets.
  2. Attendees will learn to identify the indicators of inefficiency in practices.
  3. Participants will discover why inefficiency in practices matters.
  4. Fives ways to drive efficiency in hospitals will be explored.
