Veterinarians! We need you to engage with your local lawmakers on an issue that will help our state and strengthen our profession for years to come. Also, we need you to please let the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association know what your lawmaker tells you when they respond.
We need to educate more veterinarians, a new generation of veterinarians! And we need your help to convince legislators.
The Washington State Veterinary Medical Association is leading a coalition of advocates asking lawmakers to increase enrollment at Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine (WSU-CVM). Now is the time. It has been 20 years since the number of seats available at WSU-CVM for our state’s next-generation vets has been increased.
