The Washington State Animal Health Foundation (WSAHF) is providing financial support for people and pets in Ukraine. We’ve all seen photos and videos of the devastating effects war has on all members of a community, including pets. The foundation is directing a donation to Ukraine through the American Veterinary Medical Foundation’s Ukraine Disaster Relief program to protect animal welfare and care providers in the affected areas. We encourage others who are interested in supporting people with animals in Ukraine to check out the AVMF website for more information about this program and the in-country partners with whom they are collaborating.
The Washington State Animal Health Foundation is the charitable arm of the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association. Your donations help fund veterinary care for low-income families and provide grants for projects related to disaster relief.
