Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association will be held in person and via Zoom on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 7:15 am for the following purposes:

1. To announce the election of four directors to the WSVMA Board of Directors; and
2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any postponement or adjournment.

This Ballot is made available by the Board of Directors of the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association for member voting in advance of the Annual Meeting of Members to be held at 7:15 am on Friday, September 26, 2025. This meeting will be held in-person as part of the Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference (PNWVC). The PNWVC is being held at the Tacoma Convention Center, Tacoma, WA. There will also be a Zoom option for members who cannot attend the PNWVC venue. Any adjournments or postponements to the planned time/running of the meeting will be separately advised to Members.

Members of record at the close of business on September 12, 2025, are entitled to notice of, and to vote for candidates for the Board of Directors. At the time the Association prepared this notice it had 967 voting members.. Each voting member is entitled to one vote on all matters presented. Five percent of the membership entitled to vote shall constitute a quorum.

Members are to elect four Directors to fill the expiring terms of four Class II Directors. The Directors will each serve three-year terms. Members may direct their vote for a write-in candidate in lieu of one of the candidates presented.

Votes must be cast by 10 am Pacific Daylight Time on September 25, 2025.
