Feral Cat Spay-Neuter Project spays 100,000th cat

The Feral Cat Spay-Neuter Project (FCSNP) in Lynnwood reached a major milestone on Tuesday. A one-year old female Siamese mix named Bella became the 100,000th cat to be altered at the facility since its inception in 1997.
