The One Health Clinic provides side-by-side medical and veterinary care for people experiencing homelessness with companion animals. Because of COVID-19, we have had to cancel our regular clinics and have shifted how and where we are offering care.
The Clinic has partnered with the Mobile Pet Food Bank to provide veterinary care for people experiencing financial difficulty due to COVID-19. At the clinic, we offer vaccines, wellness exams, and referrals to local clinics. When available, we also have a human health care provider on-site to discuss medical concerns and offer referrals. These events are happening across King County in an attempt to serve as many people in need as possible.
We are looking for veterinarians, technicians, and assistants who are willing to volunteer their time to help treat the animals we see at our clinics. Many of our volunteers and students have found the Clinic to be a rewarding experience. If you would like to volunteer for the One Health Clinic, please email us at [email protected].

Seattle Veterinary Outreach is a non-profit organization working to provide veterinary care to the companion animals of those living homeless in Seattle and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking volunteer veterinarians to work in our mobile clinics which take place generally once per week. Just four hours/month can go a long way to helping us in our mission to keep the animal companions of our homeless neighbors healthy and happy. Please email [email protected] if you are interested.
