On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, the WSVMA is offering a valuable educational program to equip teams with the skills and tools they need to keep clients happy and committed to their pet’s health. This program will help staff be more confident and comfortable communicating with clients, with the client’s and patient’s needs in mind, while providing the ultimate client experience. Presented by Terra Shastri, this one-day Boot Camp workshop will cover the following with your staff:

  • Making a great first impression every time
  • How to effectively de-escalate upset clients
  • Forbidden phrases when servicing clients – what to say instead
  • Communicating value to clients in a language they care about
  • Overcoming client objections and initiating discussions
  • Using telemedicine to enhance the client experience
  • What it takes to create the ultimate client experience
  • Taking care of yourself to provide better experiences

Terra Shastri, from the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA), created the JumpStart Bootcamp program and has been training veterinary teams all over Canada on how to build value, relationships, and loyalty while becoming more client-centric.

The virtual program will run from 9 am – 3 pm on Zoom. It might be during business hours, but it’s an essential event for your team not to miss. The virtual program costs $149 for team members who work for WSVMA members and $189 for non-members’ staff.
