Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference – The Benefits of Shifting to an Online Experience
Opportunities often come out of tragic times. While face to face meetings are what we prefer, holding the Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference (PNWVC) virtually keeps us safe and gives us an opportunity to try something new. And who knows, we might even come to like it better. Shifting to online experiences has been touted for years as the next necessary adaptation to give folks flexibility and new learning options.
This year, you’ll still experience the same high caliber education you’ve come to expect. You’ll be able to meet with exhibitors, question speakers, reunite with friends, make new acquaintances, network, and most of all, have fun.
And by registering for the conference, you’ll get access to the full 120+ hours of education. No more having to choose which session to attend. Even if you’re busy that weekend, you can watch the whole thing later and have up to 12 months to do it. But register now, because access is only provided if you sign up before the conference.
Wondering about the technology we’ll use? The Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference has partnered with premier virtual conference host, Socio, and Zoom to give attendees, exhibitors, and speakers a seamless experience. All CE and activities are available for desktop/laptop computers and through a companion app for Android or iOS phones/tablets. You’ll be able to access the live streams, recordings, all content, engage with other attendees, visit the exhibitors, and more!
Attendees and participants will receive instructions via a series of emails, videos, and tips to help you make the most of your virtual experience. Helpers will be standing by during the Conference should you run into issues.
Want a discount off the registration? We need volunteers to help us out during the conference. Training is provided and we promise it will be fun. The higher number of hours you volunteer, the greater the discount on conference registration.
We miss you! Join us October 2 – 4, 2020 via Socio. Register today.
