WSVMA DVM: Masterclass Webinar – Diagnosis and Current Treatment of Equine Skin Tumors

Join us Tuesday, November 19 at 12 pm for our webinar Diagnosis and Current Treatment of Equine Skin Tumors. Dr. Kelly Farnsworth will be our guest speaker. Dr. Farnsworth will present the latest on diagnosis and treatment of sarcoids, melanomas, and squamous cell carcinoma in horses. He’ll also cover surgical and topical options for treatment as well as intra lesional therapies. Included will be information on farm management and hospitalized cases. A 1993 graduate of Washington State University (WSU), Dr. Farnsworth completed an equine ambulatory internship at The Ohio State University, after which he began a three-year equine surgery residency at the Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical center in Leesburg Virginia, a satellite campus for the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. He became boarded in equine surgery in 2000 and returned to WSU in 2002 as a Clinical Associate Professor in Equine Surgery.
