WSVMA DVM: Masterclass Webinar – Small Animal Surgery: Closing Time

  |   Continuing Education

Join us Tuesday, Mar. 19 at 12pm for our webinar on small animal surgery. Dr. Rebecca Murray from Summit Veterinary Referral Center will be our guest speaker. Dr. Murray will review a variety of techniques for closing soft tissues. Overview will include tips and tricks for wounds in a variety of locations, considerations for neoplastic masses, anatomic considerations for unique areas (oral, pinna, paw pads), as well as internal closures for the stomach, intestinal tract and bladder. Techniques will be applicable for cases in your hospital with the goal of improving surgery technique without specialized equipment. Make your closures SemiSonic (cue 90s rock song here).

All monthly webinars are free for members. They’re recorded and made available on-demand, accessible through the WSVMA website under CE Events/DVM Masterclass. Recorded webinars provide a link to take an exam at the end so that credit can be received for non-live CE.
