Board of Directors election – your vote is important

Notices have gone out to members announcing the upcoming election of two directors to the WSVMA Board of Directors. The election will take place at the Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference. Drs. Jennifer Koenig and Gary Marshall are running for the two director positions. Dr. Koenig practices companion animal medicine and is a partner at Snohomish Station Animal Hospital. Dr. Marshall is a feline medicine practitioner and owner of Island Cats on Mercer Island. He’s been serving a partial term on the board and is running for a full three-year term. Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person should complete, sign and date the proxy so that your vote can be carried to the meeting. The proxy statement, candidates’ bios, and the signature box are available on the WSVMA website (member login required). You may also download the proxy form, sign it and return it to the WSVMA office. Voting is easy and takes just a moment or two.
