2015 Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference & Trade Show to be held in Tacoma
WSVMA’s annual conference and trade show for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, assistants and practice managers/staff will be held in Tacoma September 25-27, 2015 at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center and Visitors Bureau. The program is planned and the line-up this year is stellar. Drs. Mike Lappin and Catriona MacPhail headline the Small Animal Program with additional sessions from local specialists in the subjects of cardiology, dermatology, and new information in transphenoidal hypophysectomy.
Dr. Harry Werner headlines the Equine program along with several Washington-based experts from WSU and the Seattle area. The Large Animal program will feature Dr. Mary Smith for a program on sheep and goat medicine combined with local experts Drs. Allen Britten and Jacob Steiger on dairy medicine. Other exciting programs will be offered in marketing, occupational hazards/safety, HR issues, practice finances, coaching, and wellness. Former FBI agent Eugene Rugala will join us for an afternoon on how to make your clinic safe from intruders, and Louise Dunn will offer a day in practice management topics.
All of your favorite exhibitors will also be participating in the annual trade show. Visit the website for updates and additional information. Registration opens in July.
